About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional leadership skills to deliver measurable business value. You will lead end-to-end digital transformation projects, analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and scalability.

  • Leverage advanced methodologies and cutting-edge technologies to optimize operations and drive business growth.
  • Analyze data and develop insightful dashboards and reports to communicate progress and results effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to drive transformation initiatives and promote a culture of change readiness.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading digital transformation projects and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Deploying cutting-edge technologies such as RPA, workflow automation, and data analytics to optimize operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in digital transformation, process excellence, or operational improvement roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering transformation projects in multinational environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in implementing multiple digital transformation projects successfully, mentoring and developing talent, and knowledge of digital transformation frameworks and global business operations are highly desirable.
