E-Commerce Director Opportunity">Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-commerce Director to lead our e-commerce category. As a visionary leader, you will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and long-term success in this dynamic field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & P&L Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies that align with the company's vision and goals. This includes defining revenue, profitability, and category success metrics.
  • Assortment Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop SKU plans that meet brand requirements and deliver market-leading product selection.
  • App & Digital Experience: Oversee the development and implementation of category programming on the app and website, ensuring an engaging and seamless user experience.
  • Digital Operations: Lead day-to-day category operations, optimizing processes and ensuring timely and high-quality execution across the board.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across functions, inspiring a culture of ownership and excellence.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, working closely with cross-functional partners to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 9–13 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or consumer internet businesses, with strong exposure to category management or P&L ownership.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in fast-paced, high-scale environments.
  • Experience building and leading large teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
