Electrical Systems Manager

Our organization seeks a skilled Electrical Systems Manager to oversee the efficient operation of electrical systems and lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians.

  • Develop and implement electrical strategies to optimize power plant performance.
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations in the electrical department.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize power generation and distribution processes.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve electrical systems and reduce costs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 22-30 years of experience in the Power/Energy industry.

Responsibilities include staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements in electrical engineering and preparing regular reports to senior management on the performance of the electrical department.
