Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician to oversee the efficient and smooth operation of Thermal power plant site Locations Ratija Chakabuda Renki Responsibilities Oversee the overall electrical operation and maintenance activities at the power plant site Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe working environment Monitor plant operations troubleshoot issues and implement corrective measures to minimize downtime Manage a team of technicians and operators providing guidance training and performance feedback Qualifications and Skills Diploma ITI in Electrical Engineering or equivalent relevant field Min 3 Year experience in within a thermal power plant Plant supervision knowledge about Electrical system manpower handling Good personality problem solving and Client handling Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Rotational shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Experience thermal power plant 2 years Required License Certification ITI Diploma Certification Required Work Location In person
