  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Editorial, and Growth teams to validate and refine design concepts.
  • Stay aware of design trends in sports media, UI/UX, and fan engagement to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4+ years in digital product design, ideally in media or consumer platforms.
  • Portfolio: A strong body of work showcasing top-tier visual design and thoughtful UX solutions.
  • Craft Skills: Mastery of Figma and relevant prototyping tools, with strong typography, composition, and interaction design skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect visual execution to user needs and business priorities.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally and presenting work to stakeholders at all levels.
