Design Visionary

We are seeking an experienced UX professional to help shape the user experience of our design solutions. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to crafting industry-leading designs that deliver value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the user experience of the design process from conception to launch, utilizing user-centered design methods.
  • Be hands-on at every stage of the design process - from discovery through detailed design, execution, and iteration.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members and collaborators around product problems, solutions, requirements, roadmaps, and priorities.
  • Work with data, consumer insights, and UX research partners for foundational guidance on product direction.
  • Presentation concepts to immediate and cross-functional team members with confidence and an open mind to feedback and constructive criticism.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience designing digital products as a UX or Product Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UX and design skills through multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered and innovative design solutions.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional peers, including designers, product managers, and engineers.
  • Experience leveraging quantitative and/or qualitative data to inspire simple design solutions and decisions.
  • Passion for designing simple solutions to complex consumer and business problems.
  • Ability to clearly and confidently present design concepts and solutions to a variety of audiences.
  • Understanding of type, hierarchy, color, composition, contrast, and other graphic design fundamentals.
