Job Title: Performance Marketing Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced performance marketing head to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of performance marketing initiatives across multiple business verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Development and Optimization: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans that drive revenue growth and maximize ROI.
  • Data Management, Analytics and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive campaign optimization.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing digital marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of funds across different campaigns and channels.
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis to benchmark campaign performance and identify areas of improvement.
Requirements:
  • Masters or Bachelors degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field.
  • 14-17 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or performance analytics.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Affiliates, Programmatic Platforms, Bing, and other biddable and non-biddable platforms.
  • Problem-solving skills, team leadership skills, and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality and impactful results.
