Senior Role Research and Advisory Services

Job Description:

  • Lead strategic research and advisory initiatives to inform and accelerate growth and market leadership of digital payments platforms and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert guidance on policies, product strategy, and implementation for digital payment platforms.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitor benchmarks to advise on new initiatives.
  3. Represent the organization in high-level discussions, committees, and working groups.
  4. Lead, develop, and implement various research and advisory services across business segments and markets.
  5. Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners for seamless integration and rollout.
  6. Supervise and review ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  7. Drive cross-functional coordination for successful implementation of new systems or upgrades.
  8. Contribute to policy creation and updates to align with regulatory norms and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of work experience in banking, financial, or consulting advisory sector, preferably in digital payments.
  • MBA/Postgraduate in Business Management from a reputed institute.
