  • About the Role:
  • To develop and execute sustainable marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • To translate sustainability insights into compelling content that resonates with our audience.
  • To manage community engagement and partnerships to promote our brand values.
  • To track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute sustainability-focused marketing initiatives across content, social media, and partnerships.
  2. Translate sustainability insights (SDGs, circularity, carbon footprint) into clear, on-brand content.
  3. Own content calendars; coordinate with design, product, and ESG teams.
  4. Manage community engagement and basic influencer/partner outreach.
  5. Track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, leads) and deliver weekly reports with recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Environmental Studies, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with digital channels; basic SEO and analytics familiarity.
  • Proficient with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
Good to Have:
  • Canva/Adobe Express; basic video editing; schedulers (Buffer/Hootsuite).
  • Experience in an ESG/sustainability-focused project or campaign.
