Environmental Sustainability Specialist Role

This position is pivotal in driving impactful strategies and initiatives that shape the future of sustainability across global operations.

  • The successful candidate will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive sustainability programs that align with corporate values and international environmental standards.

Sustainability performance data, including carbon emissions, energy usage, and waste management, must be collected, analyzed, and reported. Regulatory compliance must be ensured, and documentation maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sustainable initiatives that support long-term environmental goals.
  2. Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to promote sustainable practices and foster a culture of environmental responsibility.
  3. Conduct environmental risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance sustainability performance.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field is required.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, sustainability program management, or ESG reporting within a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience in prominent sustainability frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data effectively to diverse audiences.
