Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Development Manager who can drive market execution, develop sales plans, and execute marketing programs to achieve business growth in the Maldives.

">

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in sales and distribution in the carbonated soft drink industry and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Sales Plan Development: Develop, review, and update monthly sales plans with inputs from area sales managers and analysis of market trends.">
  • Market Execution: Lead the sales team to drive market execution as per PiCoS standards, execute marketing programs, and provide feedback to the team to counter competition.">
  • RTM Management: Ensure inclusive growth and expansion of all channels of distribution while maintaining business hygiene.">
  • People Management and Capability Development: Coach and develop the sales team, identify training needs, and deliver training programs to enhance on-the-job execution skills.">
  • Cold Drink Equipment Management: Plan and monitor the deployment of SGAs and CDE to maximize sales productivity.">

  • MBA with minimum 10 years of experience in sales & distribution in carbonated soft drink companies.">
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.">
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales plans.">
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.">
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.">

Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
