About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving various projects from start to finish. Your primary focus will be on divisional HR budget tracking, ensuring accurate and timely execution of yearly HR processes and maintaining ongoing HR-related updates.

You will also play a crucial role in providing proactive status updates and analysis to inform better decision-making within the Business HR teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for building dashboards that enable all HR teams to monitor their progress.

Your responsibilities will also include staying up-to-date with new tools available to the HR community, as well as being the primary point of contact for any issues related to dashboards or systems.

Furthermore, you will work closely with the HR data team to continually improve HR work processes and implement industry-leading practices and standards across the unit/projects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Divisional HR budget tracking and yearly HR processes
  • Proactive status updates and analysis for Business HR teams
  • Building dashboards for HR teams to monitor progress
  • Staying up-to-date with new HR tools and addressing system issues
  • Collaborating with HR data team to improve HR work processes
