Key Contract Professional

The role is responsible for overseeing the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and revenue recognition standards.

This position leads the invoicing function to guarantee billing accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client-specific requirements.

About the Position

As a critical member of the Finance team, this professional will participate in project scoping, success definition, and UAT closure, ensuring seamless contract-to-cash execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements.
  • Lead Contract Implementation: Manage the team responsible for implementing contracts.
  • Financial & Compliance Oversight: Ensure contracts comply with finance policies and revenue recognition rules.
  • Invoicing & Billing Management: Lead the invoicing team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal, and RevOps for seamless contract-to-cash execution.
  • Project Involvement (Finance POC): Represent Finance in cross-functional projects impacting order-to-cash, revenue recognition, or reporting.
  • Process Excellence & Automation: Drive improvements in contract and invoicing workflows to shorten cycle times and reduce errors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business.
  • 10–14 years of experience in Finance, Contracts Management, Invoicing, or Revenue Assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional project delivery and system implementations is a plus.
