Senior Associate - MBBS Counselling (Overseas Education)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Associate - MBBS Counselling (Overseas Education). This role is responsible for guiding aspiring doctors in pursuing MBBS abroad from top international destinations.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to engage with students and parents, manage end-to-end admissions, and ensure a smooth journey for students aiming to study medicine abroad.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Student Engagement & Counseling
      • Reach out to prospective students via phone, email, and in-person sessions to provide detailed guidance on MBBS programs, universities, and destinations.
      • Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals and aspirations.
  • Application Management:
    • Assist students with applications, documentation, and submissions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
    • Coordinate with foreign universities to ensure smooth application processing and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Post-Registration Support:
    • Guide students through visa applications and document preparation, providing expert advice and support throughout the process.
    • Conduct pre-departure orientations for students and families, ensuring they are well-prepared for their journey abroad.
    • Resolve last-mile queries before departure, providing ongoing support to students and families.
  • Post-Flying Support:
    • Provide check-ins and settlement guidance once students reach abroad, ensuring a seamless transition to their new environment.
    • Act as a liaison between students and universities, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
    • Offer continued assistance for academic and cultural adaptation, helping students to settle into their new surroundings.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, metrics, and reports, ensuring easy access to information.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve the student journey, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the overall experience.
