Program Advisor Role

Your role as a Program Advisor involves consulting potential students on how our programs can help them achieve career goals via phone and email. You will deliver exceptional service, guiding the student in making an informed decision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise career changers on how our world-class education from top-tier universities can launch them into high-growth careers.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of leads that have inquired about our programs.
  • Provide in-depth and customized information to interested students via phone and email.
  • Guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.

You must be self-driven, comfortable making multiple calls per day, generating interest and awareness, qualifying leads, and closing sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving revenue growth targets.

Ambition

We seek candidates with 2+ years of inside sales/consultative selling experience, consistently exceeding targets in international edtech markets. You excel at verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills. You're comfortable making over 120 dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.

Working Style:

You thrive in a progressive sales environment, prioritizing a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process that require follow-up. You work remote and hit metrics without being micromanaged, implementing feedback and growing with it.
