The Role We're Seeking
  • We are looking for a seasoned Post-Silicon Validation Manager to lead our validation efforts in Bengaluru.
  • You will build and mentor a high-performing validation team, own the validation strategy for SoCs and subsystems, and set up world-class labs and automation frameworks.
  • Collaborate across IC design, firmware, and system teams globally, drive end-to-end debugging, performance, and power validation.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of experience in post-silicon validation of SoCs or communication chips.
  • Strong lab expertise with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, probes.
  • Proficiency in Python / C / C++ for automation and data analysis.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling engineering teams.
  • Passion for low-power systems and wireless technologies.
