Testbed Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Wireless Network Engineer to join our team. This role requires building and testing wireless systems using various networking devices and servers, with a focus on QA validation of 802.11 Wireless and proprietary features.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax protocol standards and hands-on experience in QA validation of Enterprise grade Wireless Access Points.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess basic concepts of routing and switching, including VLAN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, Trunk/Native, as well as hands-on experience in validating IEEE802.1x feature using Freeradius or any standard RADIUS server.

Responsibilities include recreating customer issues in lab, working closely with Engineering Teams to drive resolution, performance testing using iPerf, and timely escalation of critical issues.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for creating technical documentation for CS and QA teams in Confluence and training Level 1/2 Engineers on emerging wireless technologies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Lead Engineer with 8+ years
• BE/ME/MS in EE, CS or related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CWNA/CWSP/CWAP Certified.
• Scripting in Python.
