Job Title: SCCM Administrator with Windows Server

We are seeking a highly skilled SCCM administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019, as well as hands-on expertise in setup, configuration, and management of SCCM, Active Directory, vSphere, IIS, SMTP, SFTP, FTP, and Server Hardware.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, troubleshooting of Windows server 2012, 2016, 2019, patching Windows Servers using SCCM, upgrading the operating system to Windows Server 2019, and automating processes through scripting using Python and PowerShell.

Additional responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting DNS/DHCP/WSUS/SCCM/AV GPOs, supporting day-to-day operational issues and runtime operations, handling deployment issues with Ansible pertaining to windows servers, and managing Vcenter – patching, performance upgrades etc.

  • Installation, configuration, troubleshooting of ESX servers 6 and 7.
  • Responsible for patching and upgrades including firmware.
  • Basic understanding and hands-on on underlying storage hardware.
  • Manage switches and related configuration.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to articulate complex topics to stakeholders, and have a basic understanding of ITIL process and ticketing tools.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills:

  • College degree in a technical field or equivalent industry-related experience.
  • Any AWS certification would be an added plus.
  • Any Microsoft certification would be an added plus.
  • Any VMware certification would be an added plus.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
