Senior Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of interior and architectural design projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while upholding the design intent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee full-cycle project execution from kick-off to handover.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.

Project Planning & Execution

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution. They should possess excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

  • Lead site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication and timely updates.

Team & Stakeholder Management

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of handling luxury residential or commercial projects, with a strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.

  • Lead and manage internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and cost tracking.

Quality & Risk Management

The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and local language(s), with proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.

  • Implement quality assurance procedures and enforce compliance with safety standards.
  • Proactively identify risks or roadblocks and resolve issues without compromising project goals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
