Finance Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Intern to support our finance team in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for candidates pursuing a career in finance or accounting to build a strong foundation in a professional setting.

  • Assist in preparing and generating client invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions, facilitating seamless reconciliation and financial reporting.
  • Support daily bookkeeping activities, including journal entries, ledger updates, and accounts payable/receivable management.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable, maintaining an up-to-date status of outstanding balances.
  • Maintain and update financial documentation and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the finance team with audits and monthly closing procedures, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, including financial statement analysis and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
