Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Product Manager with 3–8 years of experience, preferably in startup environments within the manufacturing and logistics domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to product development and ERP implementation, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.

This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and a passion for driving digital transformation in complex operational environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and prioritizing the product backlog, managing the full lifecycle from concept to scale-up, and leading sprints to deliver measurable business value in efficiency, cost optimization, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of working in startup environments or dynamic, fast-paced organizations.
  • Hands-on experience in ERP development/implementation and exposure to product building.

Measure product performance and identify opportunities to optimize workflows. Design and maintain accurate dashboards and reports that transform raw data into actionable insights, empowering teams to improve operational efficiency, enhance the customer experience, and drive measurable business growth.
