Job Title: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee recruitment processes, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Prepare job advertisements and post them across various platforms.
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless hiring processes.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports for informed decision-making.
Employee Onboarding and Training:
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires.
  • Prepare and distribute induction materials and documentation to support employee growth.
  • Identify training needs through skill gap analysis and develop strategies to address those gaps.
  • Organize internal and external training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
HR Operations and Performance Management:
  • Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of HR records, employee files, and documentation.
  • Support payroll, attendance, and compliance processes to maintain organizational integrity.
  • Address employee queries and assist with grievance handling in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Spearhead performance management initiatives to drive employee engagement and retention.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in hiring, employee training, and HR operations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and labor laws.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA/PGDM in HR (desired but not mandatory).
  • Experience in textile and garment industry HR practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
