Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating competitive prices and terms
- Manage vendor performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Develop and execute sourcing plans, including RFQs, RFPs, and auctions
- Analyze market trends, forecasting demand, and recommending optimal inventory levels
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Proven track record of success in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
