Procurement and Supplier Development Professional

The Procurement and Supplier Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's procurement strategies and supplier relationships.
This position involves managing complex categories, driving cost savings, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing category strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a complex category within the Maintenance, Repair, and Operation (MRO) domains.
- Achieving cost savings through bidding and negotiations, driving collaboration to achieve long-term value delivery.
- Obtaining market intelligence, analyzing category data and metrics to drive Procurement category strategies.
- Understanding trends in customer needs and concerns, across categories and regions, to influence customer priorities.
Excellent analytical and communication skills are required for this role, as well as the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of experience in procurement or a related field are necessary qualifications. Preferred qualifications include a master's degree in business, procurement, and supply chain or a related field, as well as experience working in data centers, engineering, or infrastructure service providers.
