Our company is a full-stack technology business that manages food programs for corporates and enables the Next-Gen Digitized Cafeteria.

Our solution brings together an imaginative blend of technology, logistics, and food service management to digitize corporate cafeterias and eateries in tech parks.

We offer SaaS solutions to bring our food partners, corporate partners, and their employees on a single transparent platform.

The role will be focused on the front-end in the supply function. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new vendors at our platform and creating a pipeline of new good main meal vendors, tuck shop vendors, event management vendors.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Creating a list of vendors in our segment and onboarding them with our system with proper mutual agreement.
  • Maintaining the entire database of vendors and updating that on regular basis.
  • Onboarding & aligning vendors for EHS audit by internal team and scheduling the client audit also if required with coordination of sales team.
  • Understanding the requirement of sales guys and sharing the best suitable vendor proposal with sales team along with proper commercial calculation keeping profit and loss in mind.
  • Encouraging the vendors and aligning the food festivals in our existing clients.
  • Deep knowledge of menu management, cafeteria operations, execution & implementation of vendors at place/vendor management skills.
  • Should have negotiation skills so that he can negotiate the commercials with vendors and clients as well if required.
  • Good Communication skills and expert in computer applications.

Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management/MBA preferably in supply chain management.
  • Min 1 year experience working as a vendor manager.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel for work.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
