Supply Chain Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a list of vendors in our segment and onboard them with our system through proper mutual agreement.
  • Maintain the entire database of vendors and update it regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Onboard and align vendors for EHS audits by internal teams and schedule client audits if required.
  • Understand sales requirements and share suitable vendor proposals with the sales team, including commercial calculations that consider profit and loss.
  • Encourage vendors to participate in food festivals at existing clients to enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop deep knowledge of menu management, cafeteria operations, execution, and implementation of vendors at place/vendor management skills.
  • Negotiate commercials with vendors and clients as needed to optimize costs and revenue.
  • Utilize good communication skills and expertise in computer applications to drive business outcomes.
Prerequisites:
  • Bachelor's degree in IHM or MBA, preferably in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working as a Vendor Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel for work and effectively multitask.
  • Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills to drive business results.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to engage stakeholders and communicate business needs.
