Supply Chain Operations Manager

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team focused on Master data in S4 Material and Vendor Master Logistics Procurement and Order management related operational processes.
You will own the operational performance metrics outcomes that impact business and identify Supply chain process improvement opportunities.
You will drive efficiency productivity and cost savings by taking ownership for budget management. Develops implements accompanying solutions to drive simplicity benchmarks with world-class supply chain practices and tools performs analyses that drive insights and performance improvements.
You will partner with various teams including market theatre teams IT and other stakeholders to ensure process and technology efficiency. Effectively manages risk particularly for high- to very high-risk projects manages Supply chain operational activities to assure business continuity and compliance.
Manages a team of individual contributors who are focusing on various supply chain operational and transformational activities. Responsible for setting monitoring annual performance plans coaching and career development ensures that proper tools are in place to support the team and processes.
Achieves diversity and other Human Resources goals applies broad and deep subject matter expertise to solve a variety of complex business issues owns and drives solutions for the issues affecting the team.
