**Job Title:** Hr Executive And Generalist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resources (HR) professional to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing recruiting requirements by studying organizational plans and objectives, as well as meeting with managers to discuss needs.
  • To build applicant sources, the successful candidate will research and contact community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • The role involves attracting applicants by placing job advertisements and contacting recruiters.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Bulk Hiring: Responsible for hiring multiple kitchen staff at once.
  • Kitchen Visits: Visit kitchens to understand their current gaps and requirements.
  • Hiring Reports: Present weekly reports to the Zonal Manager on hiring details.
  • Travel: Ready to travel to different locations to recruit people.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with candidates and bring them on board.
  • Compliance Management: Good knowledge of statutory compliances and labor legislation.
Key Skills:
  • Communication: Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Excel/Word: Proficient in Excel and Word for generating reports.
  • Local Language: Knowledge of local language is required.
  • Problem-Solving: Able to analyze employees' capabilities before joining and their problems after joining.
