Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the stability and availability of Home Lending Systems, focusing on Incident, Problem, and Change Management. You'll work closely with squad members to ensure outcomes meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities- Deep understanding of Python codebases and experience in maintenance tasks within enterprise environments with longer release cycles.
- Monitoring and maintaining the health of production systems, collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.
- Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and utilizing your Python expertise for maintenance tasks such as updating dependencies and optimizing performance.
- Conducting thorough debugging and troubleshooting, documenting issues and fixes comprehensively, proactively anticipating potential issues.
- Working closely with other Engineers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and effective problem resolution.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, with a deep understanding and hands-on experience with Python codebases.
- Familiarity with technologies like Django, Pandas, Selenium, Behave, and SQL, crucial for performing day-to-day tasks.
- Experience in analysis and defect fixes, with proficiency in identifying and resolving defects in production systems.
- Experience in L1 & L2 support, with the ability to handle first and second-level support issues efficiently.
- CI/CD pipelines experience, including implementing and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Debugging skills, with expertise in using debugging tools and techniques to identify and fix issues efficiently.
- Attention to detail, precision being crucial when identifying and resolving defects.
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to analyze complex problems, trace issues, and understand underlying causes.
- Enterprise environment experience, with proven experience working in enterprise environments with longer release cycles.
- Problem-solving skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address and resolve issues effectively.
