Job Overview:

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution and installation management of mechanical projects.

  • Develop and implement daily site activities based on project plans and procedures.
  • Coordinate crane planning, mobilization, and heavy material movement to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Supervise WTG installation activities, ensuring adherence to specifications and drawings.
  • Allocate work to contractors and engineers; monitor labor, tools, and equipment to optimize productivity.
  • Conduct site inspections to verify material readiness, safety, and compliance.
  • Ensure proper execution of internal line works and survey-based layouts.
  • Coordinate contractor attendance, skill card verification, and toolbox talks to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Support customer inspections and ensure timely sign-off of milestones.
  • Resolve execution and commissioning queries through cross-functional coordination.

Mechanical & Technical Expertise

  • Approve crane movement routes and ensure lift planning is in place to prevent accidents.
  • Validate the fitness of lifting tools, jigs, and fixtures to guarantee equipment reliability.
  • Lead the establishment and operation of site repair facilities to minimize downtime.

Should have relevant experience in wind project execution and be willing to work across India.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and technical principles.
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions.
