3.Team Management

Guide, train, and monitor the performance of the team.

Allocate tasks and supervise day-to-day activities.

  1. Resource Management

Ensure availability of spare parts, tools, and machinery.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

  1. Safety & Compliance

Implement safety norms, SOPs, and ISO/OSHAS standards.

Participate in audits and inspections.

  1. Reporting & Documentation

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.

Maintain project progress, breakdown analysis, and maintenance records.
