Compliance Officer Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements laid down by relevant authorities, while also supporting internal policies, controls, and risk management frameworks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines applicable to asset management.
    • Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
    • File mandatory reports within stipulated timelines.
  • Fund & Operational Oversight:
    • Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure they align with compliance policies.
    • Review product documents for regulatory adherence before launch or update.
    • Oversee compliance processes related to fund accounting, NAV disclosure, and investor servicing.
