Job Summary:

As the Presales Head at Marlabs LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical sales process. You will collaborate closely with sales teams and ensure delivery of tailored IT solutions for clients. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will guide the presales team, develop strategies, and build strong client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present solutions & product demonstrations to prospective clients, tailoring the presentation to meet the specific needs and pain points of each potential customer.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, ensuring a seamless transition from initial interest to active engagement in the sales process.
  • Prepare and deliver responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), including cost estimates, technical presentations, project timelines, and other queries from potential clients, ensuring all submissions are high quality and delivered within deadlines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to undertake demand-generating activities such as trade shows or customer workshops.
  • Train and mentor junior presales staff, providing guidance on best practices, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of a library of presales materials, including case studies, product sheets, and demonstration scripts, ensuring all resources are current and accurately reflect the product offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the presales function and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
  • A degree in Computer Science Engineering and Masters in Business Administration or equivalent from a premier institute.
  • Solution-oriented analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
  • Well-versed with Excel and CRM software.
