We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued during their visit with us. About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Professional, you will be responsible for hosting and serving guests, ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining a high standard of grooming and hygiene at all times, and for maintaining a good rapport and working relationship with colleagues and other departments.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

- 2 years' experience in hotel operations
- Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (desirable)
