As a seasoned tax professional in our Global Business Tax Team, you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:

  • Manage tax advisory engagements almost independently with minimal supervision
  • Manage delivery of tax opinions / short notes / email responses on day-to-day clients' tax matters
  • Responsible for tax compliances such as filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, provisioning for income tax and other tax filings such as SFT etc.
  • Manage tax assessment / litigation proceedings before the assessing officer, other income tax authorities and higher appellate forums
  • Train assistant and deputy managers and executives for their professional development and for creating stronger bench
  • Deliver clients with tax technology assets through licensing and/or internal managed services
  • SPOC responsibilities for end-to-end tax operate engagements
  • Internal client codes management from the standpoint of time logging, invoicing, and collections.
  • Business development including identifying new opportunities and mining existing ones
  • Collaborate with other tax services lines/business functions for multi-disciplinary client requirements
  • Contribute to firm eminence programs/events

Desired qualifications include CA, 5-7 years' experience in Direct Taxation, strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, conceptual clarity, eye for detail, innovation thinking, time and cost management skill, managing and leading a team, effective communication and presentation skills.

This profile involves frequent traveling to client locations. Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customized the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
