  • Our team is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Ecosystem Operations group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support to our NextWave partner program.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • Respond to inbound requests from channel partners and internal stakeholders
  • Manage access to the partner portal, ensuring accurate partner program compliance data
  • Handle deal registration exception processes, update Partner Locator data, and troubleshoot issues
  • Support the onboarding of new partners, act as liaison with cross-functional teams, and lead business process improvements
  • Document processes and procedures, assist with tool maintenance, and participate in data clean-up projects

Requirements

">
  • 10+ years of experience in managing high-volume cases using email-based ticketing systems
  • Strong customer service skills, effective communication, and attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, proficiency in G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC
  • Demonstrated ownership of a business domain or managing a business process, accountability to stakeholders

  • Experience supporting Ecosystem/Channel sales organizations, partner programs, and process optimization
  • Building and distributing enablement and training materials on various sales operations processes
