As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to new leads promptly and logging them into our CRM system.
  • Qualifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Maintaining pipeline hygiene by ensuring every lead has a clear next action and timestamp.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Develop consultative selling skills to recommend premium experiences to customers.
  • Assist customers after booking by sharing confirmations, answering FAQs, and collecting feedback/testimonials.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and spoken English language skills.
  • A friendly phone/WhatsApp presence, quick typing, and clean formatting.
  • Basic Google Sheets skills, comfort with checklists, and templates.
  • High ownership and reliability.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior customer contact or tele-sales experience.
  • Familiarity with Instagram/Meta lead forms or WhatsApp Business.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
