About Venture Capital Fund Role

Our organization invests in revenue-positive startups that solve core problems. We take a sector-agnostic approach, backing companies across various sectors.

The fund is backed by our ecosystem, which includes consulting, finance, and other sectors. As a Venture Capital Associate, you will be part of the core team working directly under the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing: Identify potential investments through networks, events, inbound leads, accelerators, and referrals.
  • Evaluation: Analyze business models, financials, traction, and scalability of potential investments.
  • Due Diligence: Support legal, financial, and compliance checks on shortlisted startups.
  • Portfolio Support: Work with portfolio companies on fundraising, growth strategy, and performance tracking.
  • Market Research: Conduct deep dives into sectors, prepare market maps, and identify emerging opportunities.
Requirements
  • Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months of experience in VC, PE, consulting, investment banking, or startup strategy.
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
