**Role Overview**:

The Customer Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for achieving both monetary and quality goals for every client managed. This involves working closely with the operational manager to achieve these goals, with effective teamwork, excellent communication, and negotiation skills being key to success.

  • Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with the operational manager to achieve client goals
  • Achieve quality standards and maintain a deduction rate of below 15%
  • Manage client data and ensure data protection
  • Create launch plans and manage client KPIs

**Requirements**: Strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent knowledge of Microsoft office, and an excellent team player.
