NPI Engineer Job Opportunity

As a pivotal member of our team, you will oversee and maintain process parameters set in machines during card manufacturing operations. This critical role demands meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain optimal process parameters in machines to ensure efficient card production.
  • Conduct random quality checks to verify correct parameters are being used.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for production personnel as needed.
  • Update and document modifications made during process optimization initiatives.
  • Present qualification release reports and facilitate stakeholder meetings as required.
  • Implement standards and modifications prepared for card production.
  • Stay up-to-date with ISO standards and process parameters.
  • Ensure timely sample submission and respond promptly to queries from sales and technical support teams.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Embody best practices and contribute to departmental objectives.
  • Document procedures for new processes added or corrective actions taken.
  • Report process issues to management for resolution.
  • Analyze customer concerns, prepare daily/monthly reports, and perform CAPA analysis.
  • Demonstrate expertise in AutoCAD for designing fixtures and product drawings.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems for submitting requests.
