About Our Organization
Our organization specializes in the production of specialty chemicals, with a strong presence in both domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive growth strategy to scale the business from 1-10 or 10-100 units, focusing on revenue expansion, market penetration, and profitability.
- Leverage technical expertise and business acumen to enhance product offerings, streamline operations, and expand market share.
- Establish robust systems, processes, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth and ensure efficiency.
- Work closely with stakeholders and the Board of Directors, aligning business objectives with long-term vision, governance, and sustainability goals.
- Drive P&L management, cost optimization, and capital efficiency to maximize profitability and shareholder value.
- Identify and capitalize on market trends, technological advancements, and new business opportunities to maintain industry leadership.
- Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
Requirements:
- A Chemical Engineer + MBA from a Tier I school in India or abroad.
- 15+ years of strong techno-commercial experience, across Indian promoter-run manufacturing organizations, preferably in chemical or allied industries.
- Led and driven a 3-5x growth in P&L in your tenure as Business Head / CEO.
