Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our planning organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing technical solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in implementation of different Kinaxis RapidResponse modules, as well as knowledge of Kinaxis scripting, forms, and web services. Additionally, they should have foundational knowledge of RapidResponse data governance, data model, and scenarios architecture.

You will work closely with business users, IT partners, and global business leaders to evaluate problem statements, analyze requirements, and build solutions. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to design and develop automation of processes in vendor collaboration, forecasting, demand & supply planning, etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing composite workbooks in RapidResponse
  • Authoring transformation workbooks with commands, schedule tasks, automation chains, scripts, forms
  • Developing embedded algorithms and workflows
  • Authoring or enhancing scorecards and dashboards
  • Enhancing business planning logic in RapidResponse environment
  • Closed Loop development
  • Exposure to Control Set configurations, Planning Calendars, and PDR customizations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • 6+ years of working knowledge in implementation of different Kinaxis RapidResponse modules
  • Knowledge of Kinaxis RapidResponse scripting, forms, and web services
  • Foundational knowledge of RapidResponse data governance, data model, and scenarios architecture

Business Acumen:

  • Experience in integration of Kinaxis with other Source ERP systems, data warehouses, for inbound and outbound interfaces
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end integrated supply chain planning processes in S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP, Production Scheduling, Capacity Planning, etc.
