Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various finance-related tasks, including vendor payment processing, contract management, quotation drafting, client information security management, and supporting overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Assist in reviewing and managing contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring all contract documentation is up to date, properly filed, and compliant with company policies.
  • Information Security Management: Manage and protect sensitive client and potential client information in compliance with information security (InfoSec) protocols, ensuring all financial data, contracts, and client details are handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Finance Operations Support: Assist with day-to-day finance operations, including invoice processing, expense tracking, vendor payments, and budget management, as well as supporting the preparation of financial reports, analysis, and forecasts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as sales, operations, and legal to ensure smooth execution of financial tasks and provide support to cross-functional teams on projects related to contracts, quotations, vendor management, and financial processes.
  • Vendor Payment Processing: Assist with the review, verification, and processing of vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors in accordance with company policies and terms of service.
Qualifications
  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with financial software/tools.
  • Experience: Prior internship or coursework in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus but not required.
