Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in assisting clients with the implementation and maintenance of our software solutions.

This is a full-time hybrid position that requires deep knowledge of client environments and use cases. You will be responsible for managing network security, ensuring the smooth operation of all technical aspects of our software, and working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

The role involves providing remote and sometimes on-site technical support for all our software products installed in various enterprise environments.

You will take ownership of client goals, milestones, initiatives, and issues from beginning to resolution. This will include implementing our software in clients' environments, managing and maintaining it, operating and using it to achieve clients' objectives, and developing custom reports for clients using data from our software and integrating it with other data repositories in their environment.

You will also integrate our software with other applications and processes within clients' environments, leveraging APIs and automation development. Additionally, you will assist clients by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and product issues, as well as advising and educating them to ensure a complete solution to their technical or product issues and questions.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in a professional services position in an organisation that supports a client/server software environment.
  • Thorough understanding and project management skills for a professional services position.
  • Storage hardware and software knowledge of NAS and Object systems (NetApp, Dell EMC, Azure, AWS etc).
  • Proficiency with Windows, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience creating complex Kibana and/or Tableau and/or PowerBI reports and dashboards.
  • Network setup/routing with mixed LAN/WAN operating system environments and knowledge of DNS/WINS/DHCP/DFS.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
  • Ability to influence and drive change across the organisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
