Job Title: Senior Database Developer and SSIS/SSRS Lead

As a seasoned Senior Database Developer and SSIS/SSRS Lead, you will spearhead our team's strategic direction, ensuring seamless user experiences.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in database and application development, with a proven track record in SQL Language expertise and high-performing SQL. They should also be skilled in developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages, as well as creating reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
  • Developing and implementing operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Logging, prioritizing, and collaborating with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
  • Monitoring critical issues, escalating as needed, and providing workarounds for unsupported functionality.
  • Assisting in refining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.
  • Creating, modifying, and troubleshooting SSIS packages, Stored Procedures, SQL Queries, Automation Processes, and SQL Jobs with an eye on performance.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in database and application development.
  • Proven SQL Language expertise with high-performing SQL.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.).
