Your Role:

You will collaborate closely with clients to identify new use cases that drive value and align with their business goals. You will lead initiatives to assess, define, and implement these use cases, working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify New Use Cases and Drive Value in Customer Environments
  • Collaborate with clients to identify new use cases that drive value and align with their business goals
  • Lead initiatives to assess, define, and implement these use cases
  • Assist in closing identified use cases by providing expertise, building client relationships, and supporting the sales/CSM teams
  • Enhance Team Strategic Capability
  • Guide, mentor, and groom the solution consulting team to take on a more strategic role in client engagements
  • Establish best practices and frameworks that enhance the team's ability to advise on high-impact, value-driven solutions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and Leadership
  • Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and integration of solutions across all client touchpoints
  • Act as a thought leader within the organization, promoting solution-based selling and representing the Solution Consulting team in key strategic initiatives
  • Client Relationship Management and Influence
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders to understand their evolving needs
  • Serve as an escalation point for solution-related issues and work proactively to address and resolve client concerns

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in consulting, preferably in BFSI/Manufacturing/Government verticals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer focus, proactiveness, and the ability to connect insights to customers' businesses.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA with 8-10 years of consulting experience
  • Strong customer focus and proactiveness
  • Ability to connect and link insights to customers' business
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build effective customer relationships
  • General consulting skills like team facilitation, business case development, and business analysis
  • Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and support
  • Ability to set and manage customer expectations and work independently on project assignments
  • Willingness to travel for on-site consulting work
  • Ability to guide in formulating effective Proof of Concepts for customers
  • Strong knowledge of analytical/training/marketing tools

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
