Business Systems Consultant Position

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our global team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience working within complex applications, including ERP and multiple integrated systems. They will be responsible for providing solutions to business needs, maintaining system health, and ensuring effective training of end-users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to provide solutions and support.
  • Maintain the effectiveness and health of Oracle EBS modules and integrations.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for global end-users.
  • Take ownership of issues and work with business users to find resolutions.
  • Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting.
  • Understand and anticipate business needs and reporting requirements.
  • Drive open and comprehensive communications with stakeholders.
  • Maintain and modify system configuration, security, and access.
  • Create and maintain application and process documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a complex application environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS modules, including GL, Subledger Accounting, Multi-Currency, AP, CE, PO, iProcurement, OM.
  • Familiarity with at least 5 of the following apps/tools: AGIS, Workflow, Web ADI, FSGs, Report Manager, OBIEE, PBI, Vertex, Key Sys Admin functions.
