Senior Engineering Lead Position

We are creating a cutting-edge digital infrastructure layer, an internet architecture that prioritizes user needs and empowers creators. Our mission is to distribute participatory power across the digital economy.

We've developed our own L1 blockchain and a technical framework for protocols and ecosystems to make digital infrastructure efficient, secure, and accessible. Our global products and tools are built natively for web 3.0.

You will collaborate with teams working on tech products across blockchain and distributed systems – tackling real-world problems.

We're challenging conventional wisdom about the Tech and Internet. Our core principle is to solve the complex issue of protecting user rights, digital intellectual property rights, and asset protection in an age of AI and instant replication.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Drive technical design remodels, refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability
  2. Partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision, detailed roadmaps, and drive critical design discussions
  3. Lead technology and architectural decisions to drive team implementation and code reviews
  4. Develop engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking
  5. Provide technical leadership focusing on quality and security
  6. Maintain robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem
