About This Role">

This role is a key contributor to our organization's efforts to drive continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of our operations. As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will be responsible for establishing program metrics, monitoring programs and projects, and aligning them with business strategies.


">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Establish program metrics, monitor programs and projects, and align them with business strategies
  • Understand key customer needs from user data and feedback, coordinating with functional and team leaders to include and implement recommendations
  • Monitor the performance of existing solutions, identify opportunities based on user data, and emerging trends in the industry
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders and business partners to recommend priorities and strategies and drive optimization using data
  • Utilize reports and analytics to recommend roadmaps and key decisions, communicating strategy and solution to critical stakeholders

">Required Skills and Qualifications:">

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as good business acumen. You should also have deep understanding of Lean tools and methodologies, Six Sigma Green Belt training, and experience working in an Automotive industry.
