We are seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Expert to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals who are passionate about process improvement and want to make a meaningful impact in the industry.

This role involves driving process improvement projects and initiatives, augmenting our capability in deploying continuous improvement methodologies across various industry domains.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in driving process improvement projects, with a strong understanding of improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and LEAN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building a process improvement culture in client processes using continuous improvement levers and domain knowledge to identify opportunities for higher efficiency, effectiveness, and customer experience.
  • Deploying process improvement frameworks for engagements and conducting training sessions on continuous improvement as needed.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities through bottom-up and top-down workshops, process analysis, and business data analysis.
  • Mentoring process improvement projects to enable operations resources to implement improvements through a structured approach.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for creating awareness about process excellence initiatives, developing process improvement case studies, and socializing success stories with teams.

In addition, the individual will participate in client interactions to present process improvement case studies and work closely with the lead developer to identify automation opportunities and execute projects.

This role requires a strong background in process improvement and excellent communication skills.
